We use this information to respond to your request, assess glass and installation requirements, prepare an estimate, communicate about your project, prevent abuse, maintain our records, and improve the reliability of our services. We send promotional information only when you separately choose the optional marketing subscription and complete any required confirmation.

Klaviyo may receive inquiry contact details and project information so we can send your confirmation and manage follow-up. Photos and plans remain in protected website storage and are not uploaded to Klaviyo or displayed publicly. Providers may process information only to perform services for us, subject to their own privacy and security commitments.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. Obscura does not sell personal information. This version of the website does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Storage and retention

Inquiries are stored through the website’s hosting and storage services. The inquiry management area is limited to authorized users. We retain project information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention time varies according to the project and the type of record.

Website functionality and cookies

The budget planner may temporarily store measurements in your browser so they can be carried into your inquiry. Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies. This version of the website does not use advertising pixels or marketing analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.
