Privacy around the way you use the space

Residential

Privacy from the street and neighboring homes.

For a Los Angeles home overlooking a sidewalk, courtyard, or neighboring property, smart film can make suitable windows private without keeping them permanently frosted. Bathrooms, primary bedrooms, home offices, and glass entries are useful starting points. For hillside glazing, share photos showing both the windows and the access around them so we can assess installation requirements.

Commercial

Glass offices that adapt to the conversation.

For a client meeting in Century City, a consultation room in Pasadena, or an office in Downtown Los Angeles, switchable film can provide visual privacy when the room is in use. We review which panels need coverage and whether they should switch together or separately. Film changes visibility through glass; it does not provide soundproofing.

Plan before the walls close

Remodeling? Plan the connection points early.

For a new build or remodel, share the window schedule and involve your builder or electrician before finishes close off wiring routes. In a completed home, photos of the frames and nearby power help us discuss a practical retrofit. Moving doors need a separate review of cable routing and door movement.

Early planning helps coordinate wiring routes, power supply locations, and controls. Film application follows when the glass and site are ready.

From the frame to the final switch

The finishing details matter.

We plan how the film meets the frame, where connections sit, and how you will control privacy in daily use.
